Description
Dressmaking shears are scissors that cut fabric. They have one straight blade (the lower blade) and one bent blade (the dominant blade), and you’re supposed to keep the lower blade close and parallel to your cutting surface (i.e. your table) and let the dominant blade do the cutting.
